I got a complaint of an error message when a reader/poster tries to open stories. He also cannot post. I seem to be having no problems and know nothing more than the basics when it comes to this stuff. He has tried it on 2 machines with the same result. The details are included in the attachment.

For reference I have had normal results on my home and work machine:
Home: XP pro w/Firefox 1.0
Work: Windows 2K w/Firefox 1.0 and IE 6.0.2

I have no idea even where to start, but this is a serious issue. It's likely many users are experiencing the same problem.
