[Web] Site stuff

I'm glad to see the site up and running. I've noticed stories coming up as they should be. I haven't been able to do much, because I'm out of the country, but I will see if I can't sign in every now and then and reassign some posts. 

Maybe now is not the best time to recommend little changes, but would it be difficult to make a larger button and statement for local features, perhaps with a slightly more thorough explanation? It seems this has always been a problem and I've noticed myself even skipping over it on that page.
