[Web] TC - IMC site problems

The site has been frozen - still displays, but no new postings - for 
about 10 days. I've asked some of the folks who have system admin rights 
to look at it, but we're not top of anyone's list. The dada code we run 
should be updated a couple of builds, and there's a server migration in 
the loop as well.

support at dadaimc.org is one possible source of aid.
dega-sysadmin at lists.indymedia.org is another.

Maybe others could start appealing for help?
