Woo hoo! We's getting somewhere!
I'm not sure what the stylesheets do... themes? They appear to
personalize the site. I'd rather have it running soon rather than
nothing at all.
what do you folkses think?

OK, I fixed the problem; at least for publishing the newswire.
Someone had "patched" the imc_Article.inc file with the .98 version,
probably not realizing that you were still on .97.
There may still be problems with the Media class, but they're not
disrupting publishing right now, so I'm not going to touch it. Better
to get an upgrade underway, to get the site up to .99. Since I have
access to Dega again, I could probably get the upgrade started
soon...should I? The biggest disruption will be to the
stylesheets...the old ones won't work at all in the new version, so
it'll be some work to recreate something similar...
Cheers,
spud.

Fascism is: A fuzzy totalitarianism characterized by selective populism, contempt for the weak, fear of difference, obsession with plots, and a cult of tradition.
Umberto Eco
Fascism should more appropriately be called corporatism because it is a
merger of state and corporate power.
