Please,
can someone either remind/teach me how to remove myself from this list?

The last thing I need in my destroyed life right now while I try to figure 
out how to rebuild it is christian's update on his sleeping/posting pattern. 
I have long since given up in trying to fight him, so PLEASE TAKE ME OFF!! 
(or teach me how to take myself off)
