I added that link.  Personally I dispise target="new" links in HTML,
I don't want all these extra browser windows cluttering things.
But I'll tell you how to do it, you can make the call :)

In the admin, go to "CSS,INCLUDE, TEMPLATE" and then pick
"index_left.inc" in the second column.  there you can edit
the raw HTML.

I also re-added syndicated storm updates from the national
hurricane center on the left column, which I set up during
hurricane ivan last year and also used during katrina.  They're
basically the only primary source when it comes to data on
the storm.

I'd like to hear what ya'll think of these things.
