[Imc-neworleans] logging in to NOLA-IMC

Um, actually there have been several login purges, you participated in
one of them. I remember chatting with you about it, discussing people
to remove, people not to remove and things like that.

The reasons for dormants removal discussed at the time included things
like 'empowerment for the current group' and general security. The
false impression that there is a larger collective to answer to was
deemed a handicap for the organization, most specifically for new users.

Currently there are 5 users registered for access to the site, of with
one user hasn't logged one in the last 2 days.

I really was under the impression you weren't involved in the collective
anymore, and had chosen not to be involved.

It seems perfectly obvious to remove people from the password list as
they leave, just as I will be removed as wrap up my involvement and
task-list by the end of this year.
