[Imc-neworleans] fliers, flash and write permissions

Hey Y'all

Have to pass the buck on the fliers, the person I was hoping would do it 
could  not cut out the time.  So if anyone else wants to grab it, that 
would be great

Matt T says he has a flash audio plugin already written for Pittsbourgh 
SF active, and is going to try and port it over in the next week or so, 
which rocks!

M.T. also resolved some problems I was having writing files to the 
sever.  Cool beans
