[Imc-neworleans] Can we bump these up to the local news column?

The first one is very important and timely.  However, right now IMC-New
Orleans also needs a feature on the release of Angola 3 member Albert
Woodfox from Angola.  It's all over the web, so it shouldn't be hard to find
a story to repost.
