[Imc-nh-editorial] RE: Feature Submission

No this was a test feature. I created a feature and then dissented on it..
Once I dissented on it I ran an SQL Query (Translation:  I looked in the
database where the comment I made should be) and there was no comment there
even though one was typed in.  I then emailed the dadaIMC development list
to see if anyone has any ideas why our comments are not showing up.

PS..  You don't need to email everyone if you are already emailing a list,
since this creates duplicate emails.
