Also, as I have said before, I think we need to change the elsewhere 
section of the newswire or get rid of it.  Ideally, elsewhere would allow 
local people and regular site users to post commentary about the wider 
world.  However it has become a site for what are effectively spam 
articles clogging the newswires on a dozen or more other IMC's.  I 
suspect, too, that many of these are posted automatically, via a script. 
I think we either need to target these posts by requiring that elsewhere 
posts already carried widely on the indymedia network should be deleted to 
make room for NHIMC users, or we should get rid of elsewhere and replace 
it, as Rob suggests, with Indymedia features.
