[Imc-nh-editorial] bounty hunting in the elsewhere section

Agreed.  I say delete it, and the sooner the better.  This is a little 
disturbing.

When I get a chance, I'll investigate further using the Indymedia Network 
feed in place of the elsewhere newswire.  It's definately possible, it'll 
just take some time.
