[Imc-nh-editorial] General Meeting

I think we should go for May 19th, Friday evening 5:30 - 7:30 at UNH if a 
room is available. Would someone at UNH check on room availability on that 
day and time and book a room for us to meet in? I am happy to do print media 
advertising of the meeting in newspapers. Would someone be interested in 
drafting a simple flyer to post at various locations?

I'd like to propose an editors meeting from 5:30 - 6: 15 - please send any 
agenda items to me, along with the expected time frame for discussion. I 
will volunteer to compile an agenda that I will forward to our list serve a 
week before the meeting for any additions or suggestions for change. One 
agenda item that has been expressed is outreach to other parts of the state.

Then, after a short break, have an open meeting with any one interested in 
learning more about NH IMC and how to get involved, get training, etc. to be 
from 6:30 - 7:30. I think it wiould be helpful to have a lap top and a 
projector so if any practical questions come up about how to use the site, 
we can address them right there.

Does anyone want to volunteer to facilitate either part of the meeting? 
Could whoever it was who volunteered to check on meeting space at UNH get 
back to me about whether you are still interested in doing this? I am sorry 
I forgot who this was, and I am having trouble with email loading up very 
slowly so am disabled in terms of sorting through previous emails with any 
sort of efficiency.
