[Imc-nh-editorial] columns on indymedia

Hey, is this actually what we decided? I thought we decided to remove
the columns from the top right-hand corner, not remove all columns
period. I thought the idea was to probably continue columns, but post
them as features rather than as a seperate area. 

So I guess I misunderstood. I thought that Steve's column would
continue, but it would be listed as a feature on the front page.
