Tech and Editorial Collectives,

The site has been erratic recently, and I believe that the reason is a 
site elsewhere in the Internet hotlinking to one of our media files. 
Bandwidth usage has spiked in the past two days.  If you're interested,

The offending file appears to be BOB_REYNOLDS_06short-1.mov, which is a 
Billionaires for Bush promo.  Hits for that file represent almost 80% of 
the bandwidth for this month.  Because of this, I've deleted the file from 
the database.  (I haven't purged the entry, in case it generates 
discussion.)

A quick search on the internet shows that the same promo is available on 
Boston IMC and the Billionaires for Bush website, so I'm not too concerned 
about it's no longer being available to people.  In any case, please reply 
with any concerns.
