I like the format structure below, and have a
suggestion to make this project a bit easier.  Let's
pre-produce the first hour only, including the news 
and a pre-recorded talk.  Then, let's DJ the second
hour live from time to time, with a more relaxed
interview of a local personality who has been given
the questions we're going to ask ahead of time, and
political music.  The second hour would not
necessarily be archived anywhere... it would be
possible but a bit tricky to do so (perhaps after I'm
trained to run the board at the station I'll see a
simple way to do it).  We need to break for station ID
and announcements at the end of the first hour anyway.
