[Imc-nh] Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

Rick,
Thanks for sending this header.  I wasn't able to find any account
that match anything from this header.  The spam message filter might
have simply been tricked by this fake bounce message that would troll
for some people to try and resend a message they have sent recently. 
That is my best guess for now.

I've CC'd in the tech list imc-nh-tech..
