A new IMC UK list has been created. The list is for announcing proposals
that effect the network.
The list is *only* for *announcing* proposals (major changes and if they
get consensus) so it will be Very Low volume.

Even if you are just involved in your local or media-related collective
it would be worth joining the list to keep in touch with where others
are going with and in the network. You don't have to deal with all the
discussions about the proposals landing in you inbox because they will
be on another list (usually imc-uk-process); however, if you are
interested in a proposal you will know and can choose to follow it up.
