I don't agree with the site having a blanket ban on Communists, not
least because of the existance of libertarian communists such as
libcom.org.

If only some communists are to be banned how are you going to
distinguish them?

How are the editorial guidelines going to make it clear that Socialism
and Communism are banned topics and that groups advocating Socialism or
Communism are also not allowed to post to the site? 

Will this ban also apply to individuals who advocate Socialism or
Communism?
