I'm not aware of a new plan, I think what happened was were visiting
people and were trying to fit in with their timings.

I think so, although I'm (personally) also open to having an evening now
and then in case weekends are excluding some people. As such I'm probably
not going to be "the enforcer" when it comes to a set-in-stone 1st Sunday
of the month... I think it's good to tend towards routine without becoming
imprisoned by it.

I can only take credit for pasting the text into an email I'm afraid!

My last attempted minutes (March) turned into war & peace and are
languishing unloved and unwanted on Crabgrass.
