[imc-northern] [Imc-cyprus] Advice regarding open publishing platform

Dear Friends at IMC Northern England -

Thank you very much for your suggestion that we take a look at the Hyperactive CMS.  We will be studying the documentation to see if it addresses our needs for open publishing.  In particular we are in need of a program that we can operate in 3 languages (Turkish, Greek, and English), and that will continue to be supported once we have it up and running.

Thank you also for pointing us in the direction of possible technical assistance!
