[Notts Indymedia] Twitter fixed

I've changed all the feeds around in indy.im so that there's now a
nottsaltnews feed here: https://indy.im/nottsaltnews and a nottsimc feed
here: https://indy.im/nottsimc

The nottsaltnews feed is already linked to this twitter account:
twitter.com/nottsaltnews

It wouldn't take much work now to link the nottsimc account to the Twitter
account. The advantage of doing it that way would be that if Twitter
decided to shut it down we'd still have the indy.im account to fall back
on and it would be much easier to set up a new Twitter account.

...if that makes any sense. We can sort out the details at the next meeting.
