Hey,

I agree that of course the hate posts should be deleted.  However, 
regardless of the intention or age of the piece, I was very interested to 
come across it.  It looks like philly imc and others have similar posts, I 
talked to someone in philly and it seemed like there had been recent 
updates, so perhaps it's timely again.

In any case, don't want to step on anyone's toes, just wanted to note 
that I thought it had value.
