[IMC-NYC-Editorial] Working Group links added

Tarikh,

Thanks! This is good news. However, there appears to
be a glitch as all the links in the left-hand column
(including the cities list) have been pushed way down
below the last of the center column features. Can
someone fix this?

P.S. By the way, can the center column features be
adjusted to allow for more than 8 features at a time.
Seems like we are going to be rolling out new featues
with more and more frequency over the next six weeks.
