[IMC-NYC-Editorial] contact page

I've removed RNC-specific information from the contact info page. I 
don't know exactly what was there beforehand, so anyone with better 
ideas should feel free to implement them.

I tried looking in the Internet Archive to see what was at that page 
before, but it only had an old and totally useless version: 
http://web.archive.org/web/20040215135843/http://nyc.indymedia.org/mod/info/display/contact/index.php

The contact info page can be edited by logging into the Editor
interface, choosing 'InfoDoc' from the left-hand navigation bar (under
'Add-on modules'), and pressing the 'Edit' link next to the 'Contact Us'
item.
