[IMC-NYC-Editorial] update from RNC legal team

Dan,
the article has been made a center-column feature. Can you make sure 
that you either post info about RNC arrestees--who's still in the 
system, what charges are being faced, anything that would be useful to 
know--or email it to us asap? We'd like to followup and continue to 
cover what's happening with the arrestees.
And a lot of people have been having problems with the confirmation 
email; hopefully someone on this list knows how to fix it.
