Well, its probably partly my fault-- because there
most likely should have been more coordination of the
exact text fund appeal through the web site before the
text went up. I didn't know that tech had its own fund
appeal plan once we made the switch to mir, for
example. That said, we were operating on a really
tight schedule to get anything at all up before March
19 and I was afraid that an endless stream of
revisions would delay its going up until after the
weekend.

Arun-- do you have changes that we could possibly make
to the text that patrick put up that would satisfy
some of the concerns you expressed? Or would changing
it again be even worse?
