[IMC-NYC-Editorial] PROPOSAL: Re: new web/general lists, close tech/editorial

I support the proposal(s).

The one thing that could be added is some way for the general public to
contact members of the web working group; it's a bit unclear if you
thing posting should be limited to members or not. Largely this gets us
spam and press releases that could (if they were at all relevant) just
be directly posted to the newswire, but occasionally someone has
something legitimate to say about our coverage, troll-blocking, or
whatever.

Also, Patrick, please let me know how I can help with this
template-making project. Feel free to call (my number is below), but I
hate IRC.
