i have talked to mike, it seems like putting up a web
site for photo is rather simple.
if someone can design a button to put on the
nyc.indymedia  site, mike will put it up, and after
that he will install the gallery software. 
we'll have to talk about who can use this gallery
(access codes and all that) but that's kinda it
