nyc imc has 2 hosting requests for our new mir site, on traven and/or 
ahimsa:

1) Long-term hosting for static mirrors.
2) Shorter-term hosting and mirroring of our production site.

We will be seeking further mirrors ongoing.

Shorter-term production hosting and mirror: Within the year, we hope to 
start maintaining some local machines again, to host our production site 
and other sites in the network.
