[IMC-NYC-Tech] Please Help Me Edit Article in CAT Protest

Dear NYC IMC,

I am having trouble with this.  I was not able to make myself an editor 
because your website was so screwed up today.  Then I repeated the same 
photo twice by mistake, and one photo will not post.

Please help me and replace the repeated photo with the one that is attached 
and delete the photo that will not download.

I would like to get this posting corrected.  Your systems do not make that 
easy.  No one answers the phone, no way to reach people by e-mail  Your 
website has not been working correctly.  Nor is it possible to verify this 
address.  Essentially, little works correctly.
