[IMC-NYC] SPACE SEARCH: rent concern

hi everyone,

i was thinking very late last night about our financial situation and what 
that means now that we can no longer depend on our benefactor, emanuel (not 
to mention the fact that we owe him crazy cheddar).

although we discussed what each group's bare minimum needs were on 
wednesday, i need to stress that we really must look for spaces that are as 
cheap as possible... although we couldn't pay the rent at 29th street some 
of the times, emanuel always did. i'm just worried that if this is not one 
of our major concerns in looking for a new home, we may get ourselves caught 
in a bind (potentially a legal one) if we're a) not being economically 
realistic and b) amping up our fundraising efforts.

sorry if i'm stating the more than obvious.
