[imc-ottawa] Rally on media concentration November 19

As many of you know the CRTC is holding hearings this month where they will  decide the outcome of CanWests purposed purchase of Alliance Atlantis. Due to Goldman Sachs involvement in this purchase, this decision will have a grave and lasting impact on foreign ownership rules in Canada. It's also important to note that the precedent set with this decision could also affect Telecom foreign ownership as well (including Internet Service Providers).


Come out for a demonstration against this merger:
