hi all,

should we promote "How i knew Arafat had died - Palestine diary", 
http://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/regions/oxford/2004/11/301467.html , to a 
feature on the oxford site? i would propose it, since it is very 
interesting to have these written reports and we should encourage that, 
and this is from someone from oxford.

i don't think we've done that before (i.e. promoting articles from 
newswire posts to a feature), but we did write a feature linking to all 
the reports from afghanistan by paul. anyway it's my proposal, let us 
know what you think!
