PROPOSAL:
Clause 6 of the IMC Oxford constitution should be deleted completely, on
the grounds that it's nonsense, and also probably fails to provide the
protection it purports to provide.

I don't know how fast we need to act; I'm content to do this by mailing
list, even though we do need to have a face meeting. I'm the person that
blocked last time - it was because the timescale (24 hours) was too
short for a mailing-list resolution. So can we say that this proposal is
carried if there is no dissent expressed on the imc-oxford list before
noon on Friday 11th February (close as dammit to 72 hours)?
