[imc-oxford-features] Feature copied across

I just copied across the uk feature on Campsfield - I only altered the title which was "26 migrants escape from illegal prison in Oxford" to "26 escape from Campsfield".
As it's just a copy of something already moderated through uk, I hope this doesn't need 24 hours......

Haven't had time to update it at all, but it was really embarassing that uk had done a feature and we hadn't.  Would be great if someone could update it.
