I think that's an excellent idea. but i'm afraid that right now i can offer very little in terms of time to organize.  So I would say 6 weeks might not be long enough....
But it depends if anyone else is up for it.

target - 2 weeks earlier clashes with noborders, and earlier than that
leaves no time to organise.

Who wants to do this?
