My understanding is that *the network* will organise the 'conference' -
agenda, schedules and so on; what we would have to do would be to ensure
that the necessary space is booked, and that the appropriate facilities
are made available (crashes and food, I suppose). And presumably
organise a party - and we know how to do that!

The network would help us with resources; for example, we don't
currently have working WiFi, but I have been informed that a working
WiFi router can be provided.

The network also embodies plenty of experience on running one of these
events, which we don't possess ourselves. We would certainly need help,
and I believe 'the network' realises that.

We're also strapped for money; and there would be some necessary outlay,
if only for room rental. I can't currently suggest a solution to that
problem.
