Which weekend were you thinking of ?
I can ask Claire what bookings there are - if we fix the best w/e and we 
could use the Club in the day time newly painted and light etc. - I 
think we could run it for a reasonable cost. We need to ask what EOSC 
would expect in rent. Hopefully reasonable.

Shall we have a quick meeting to discuss details of dates etc. Suggest 
Monday 17th in OARC at 5.0pm or 6.0 or ???

I am away in Oct. but can help after that.
