I spoke too soon. The admin interface allows us to edit a css file that
isn't actually being called by the templates.

The Oxford pages only reference /style/oxford.css but the file that
is editable via the admin interface is at /inc/oxford/style.css
I can, however, confirm that we have sucessfully modified this file
(by viewing it in a browser).

So if we want to be able to edit the CSS easily we need someone with access
to the templates to add:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/inc/oxford/style.css" />
to the template.

BTW since the include file includes a bunch of CSS that isn't actually
being implemented at the moment, we should comment it all out prior to
doing this,
and re-introduce it as desired (to avoid unexpected results).

Jack: do you have a codecoop account and the other necessary bits? If not
we could ask someone on the uk-tech list to do it for us; I don't have
enough free time to set all that malarkey up for myself anytime soon
(though I hope to one day).
