[imc-oxford-features] Feature proposal - Life in East Oxford Community/Communty

Hey all

I know I'm not here anymore, however, I kinda am for summer so therefore
I'd like to propose that Oxford do a feature on the Social Club and the
Community Centre (brief history of what's going on, all the shenanigans
with the EOCCA and EOSCA, the cops and raiding, the recent goings-on with
bouncers, and M-J's 'liaisons' etc).  It seems that the moment is right!
