Christian Aid are planning to descend on Coventry on the 19th March to
campaign for justice in the Worlds response to Climate Change.  There
will be a talk by leading NASA Scientist Dr James Hansen, a march
through Coventry City Centre followed by a protest against the building
of a new coal power station.  Christian
Aid, CAFOD, the World
Development Movement and the Stop Climate Chaos Coalition are eager to
ensure that the worlds poorest countries get a fair deal in the
response to climate change. Its
all part of the build up to the Copenhagen Conference in December where
global leaders will be meeting to discuss a replacement to the Kyoto
agreement. Take this chance to make your voice heard on climate change
