[imc-oxford-features] deselected loads of region spam

Deselected loads of non-Oxford related posts (see below). I hadn't done
this for about a month, and I suspect I am currently the only person doing
it. It therefore provides a rough measure of how much region spam we are
currently getting: just over one post a day.

NB Within this period of about a month, I was able to identify three
aliases which appeared on more than one item of region spam. In each case
I posted a promoted comment on their most recent article, asking them to
stop and pointing out that future region spam may be hidden outright:
