We had someone inquiring on either the tech or contact lists (can't
remember which) the other day, as to why the global issue they were
promoting wasn't appearing on regional newswires, even though they had
gone to the trouble of ticking all of them. That's not a question of
spamming, in the sense that the poster knows the post is unwanted. This
poster, at least, thought that was what he was *supposed* to do.
