[Imc-oxford] planning for OxUni fresherfair stall

Since OSAN and OxIMC are (unofficially) sharing a stall, would it be
worth having a joint meeting to share ideas, co-ordinate
and finalise stuff?

It would be a meeting sometime next week purely to organise concretely
for the fresher's fair stall... I think it's an important enough event
in terms of getting new people in and generating interest to be worth
a meeting of its own :)

Suggest: wednesday (29th) night, 7pm?
Anyone have a good venue?
