There's interesting stuff going on in Liverpool Indy. This thread is
pretty hot, for example:

It's about a school development extending into a public park.

But what I'm interested in is that Liverpool are getting *very* lively
and hot commentary. I know some (most?) of this is comment from
hierarchy-junkies; but it's provocative, it's on-topic, and it's
well-informed.

As far as I'm aware, Liddypewl has less human-resource (Gag! how did
that utterance escape from my keyboard?) than Oxford does. But they are
getting content, and it's more compelling, and it's being submitted by
their users.

What does Oxford need to do? (Radged: maybe you can offer an opinion?)
