[Imc-oxford] query re the 'Calendar - Announce an Event' section

Hi Oxford Indymedia,
I occasionally post events to Oxford Indymedia, mainly for Oxford PSC and
Oxford WDM. I was wondering how a group/person can get their event to show
on the front page of Oxford Indymedia? Ie., at the moment (Wed 8th Nov,
22:55pm), under  <http://www.protest.net/imcuk/index.cgi> Calendar -
Announce an Event are these two items:
Tuesday 7 November, 8pm
<http://lists.riseup.net/www/arc/oarc/2006-11/msg00000.html> Oxford Action
Resource Centre planning meeting (open to all), OARC, East Oxford Community
Centre, Cowley Road & Princes St
Saturday 11 November, 1pm

"Remember Afghanistan & Iraq - Troops Out Now" - Oxford Stop the War
Coalition Rally, Broad St
 
How would I go about getting a WDM or PSC event listed on this front page
(ie. there is one of each on 14th November), or is that something only
Indymedia people can do?
