Dear Tessa
Thank you for your email.
I don't know if you are aware that Oxford Indymedia, like the whole
network of Indymedia collectives, is an open publishing project. This
means that any member of the public can publish their news and articles
directly to the website without any prior contact with us admins. Our
role is to check that there has been no gross infringement of the
editorial guidelines, though of course we may also put up our own
articles from time to time.
Because of this, we often have no more knowledge about the events
described than any other casual surfer. This information comes from the
well-known animal liberation group SPEAK, so I suggest you contact them
in the first instance. Additionally, the search engine on our website
works relatively well and may turn up something useful.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
Best wishes
Eileen
