Many thanks for your reply and your suggestions. For a somewhat dated but scientifically informed account of the methods being used by doctors and proxies (there is firm evidence similar methods are still being used or promoted but resurrected in a new form-I will give you details later) please see the book 'Making Monsters-False Memories, Psychotherapy and Sexual Hysteria' by Ophshe and Waters. The authors are a Professor of Social Psychology in the USA and an investigative journalist who is a winner of the Pullitzer Prize. The original publication is rather more blunt in the reviews of the methods used describing them as 'systematic brutalisation and torture'. Basically what happens is that
 unwitting individuals with PTSD from abuse or torture or basically 'normal' individuals who are seemingly seen as a 'threat' to the status quo are misled into a position where they are literally brutalised and tortured by doctors, psychologists and so-called therapists and become dependant on those individuals via a Stockholm Syndrome Disorder. The hapless and usually unwitting victims tend to develop a post trauma sydrome such as PTSD or complex PTSD or, if they already suffer from either of those conditions, have those conditions perpetuated or exaccerbated. Those perpetrators of such foul acts often have what are called 'schizotypal spectrum spectrum personality disorders'.They are basically psychopaths, and somewhat deluded in a religious, philosophical and scientistic way (the precise empirical and scientific details of how this is defined is not detailed here). One can pretty safely presume that these perpetrators will lack what is called
 'emotional intelligence' as part of the psychopathic nature. Putting it simply, they misread human emotions by misinterpretation of facial expressions, and also have delusional interpretations of adverse experiences so that unpleasant or noxious experience becomes pleasurable, and so cannot learn in a normal, constructive way from adverse experience. These psychopathic individuals are less likely to develop PTSD as a part of this pathological picture (this is detailed in the Oxford Handbook and Textbook of Psychiatry).
Bizarre as it may seem ( and that is because it is bizarre) what is generated is a pathological cult. Intentionally or unwittingly the press and media can be party to perpetuating and maintaining that cult. This has been particularly the case in the USA. There is firm evidence that this 'medicalised cult' was being exported to Commonwealth countries in the 1990's. The most publised example of this in the UK was the Orkneys 'Satanic
 Ritual Abuse' case(such methods still appear to being used, albeit in a new form).
Again, bizarre as it may seem, and bizarre it is, the booked describes what is called 'the CIA/NAZI conspiracy'. A conspiracy is literally a group of people who get together with intent to do harm. According to medical, intelligence and police sources in the UK the conclusion was to a lesser or greater degree that this so-called conspiracy actually exists and is real. Many of those involved in such a 'cult structure' are, however, not conspiratorial, either because they are psychopathic and insightless and do not believe they are doing harm (although harm is actually done) or are non psychopathic and perhaps misguided( some might have a Stockholm Syndrome Disorder) but harm is done no the less. One might ask what the purpose of this is. It was concluded that this is a means by which by net effect money and resources are leached out of economies into the US coffers. The
 generation of such pathological cults also has the effect of destabilising economies to a degree when viewed in an empirical, biological way. The structures generated can be equated to or compared with a pathological church, whereby psychopathic individuals have a tendency to rise to the top and the more 'normal' individuals sink to the bottom of the so-called 'social' structure.Such structures are pathological in themselves and destructive biologically.
The net effect is that the hapless previously 'normal' victims develop post trauma syndromes after with drug use or co-morbid drug abuse or misuse which can, in some cases, exacerbate their symptoms.
The psychopathic individuals (there is firm evidence that so called 'schizotypie' is genetically linked to schizophrenia but is less severe and 'stable', and thus is not as a result of abuse, trauma or torture) may also misuse or abuse drugs, but not by the same mechanism, but as part of their more
 inherent anti-social psychopathic nature.
When it comes to issues of drug use/misuse/abuse, for example, it should be noted that the criminally insane, who are themselves psychopathic, merely judge the individual by the behaviour and not by the way the individual exhibiting that behaviour is processing the information in a biological neuropsychiatric  sense.
It should also be noted, that it was shown scientifically during a secret society meeting I attended, that obsessive compulsive and schizotypal traits, which is basically psychopathic spectrum disorder, is being selected for in the medical profession, GP's being a prime example. It has been reported that this has been  a prominent issue since the latter part of the twentieth century.
It should also be noted, that individuals with schizophrenia per se are generally pretty harmless, and many are less dangerous than 'normal' individuals.

Those hapless, previously normal or
 near normal victims of this medicalised cult, often get retraumatised by that cult by abusive and tortuous psychological methods which involve pathologically aggressive suggestion or exposure techniques to traumatic experiences or memory, might be given false and/or iatrogenic diagnoses (schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder multiple personality disorder, dissociative identity disorder), might be re-traumatised by aggressive and coercive use of drugs to treat their mis-diagnosed 'delusions' regarding traumatic experiences or memory(the Maudlsey Hospital in London has been looking into the issue of iatrogenic PTSD by this method).They may also be manipulated, coerced, or willingly take prescription drugs from doctors which alter memory, fear memory and personality (the iatrogenic misdiagnosis of Multiple Personality Disorder/Dissociative Identity Disorder might be in part or totally as a result of this). The coercive use of drugs and methods in this
 scenario is widely regarded as torture, and should be taken as torture beyond the third degree, and the gravest of crimes.

During my interrogation and alleged torture, all the above methods have been used. The initial alleged events, which  occured in Australia in the 1990's whereby it was stated  that I had passed the Third Degree and then allegedly tortured further, appear to have been an extension of the Kubark Interrogation/MKULTRA technique  utilising such a medicalised psychopathic cult and involving the judiciary.

It should be noted that such pathological structures  exist within the court system, with the religious defense ,swearing on the bible etc.

One might speculate that the above contributes to miscarriages of justice.

My own tacit conclusion is that the so-called justification for the use of such alleged torture was that I had no religion or philosophy  apart from Natural Philosophy
 which puts science and empiricism into words, and openly rejected other methods when it comes down to the concepts of 'truth' or morality. One could draw parallel to the Inquisitions of the Catholic Church of renaissance and enlightenment scientists. In fact the psychiatrists involved in the alleged torture were reportedly Catholic and Protestant, and in my own opinion, objectively a psychopaths.

One should also note that the perpetrators of the alleged foul acts and gravest of crimes described the process above described the process as 'occult abuse', which literally means 'hidden abuse' from which one might conclude that, although psychopathic and/or part of a pathological structure, they knew exactly what they were doing, which to me  merely adds to the sicken amorality of their alleged crimes ( I recall confronting the judge about this which might have led to such severe torture methods allegedly being used)

It should also be
 noted that during the tribunal appeal hearing, there was prima facie observational and statement evidence of Freudian/Freudian derived/parallel manipulation of proceedings and indeed of a witness to events from my Union, the IWW. The magistrate, seated centrally, stated 'can you see that we need to strike a balance' and gestures with his hand left and right, towards me (alleging torture and misinformation-the non abusing Mother) and the so-called 'treating psychiatrist (openly aggressive and suggesting that I was suggesting abuse and torture and negating this- the Father). As has been stated before, Freudianism and it's derivatives are a psychopathic religion, is in cases paraphilic, from which the pathological medicalised cult described was derived.

It might be concluded that my own scientific/empiricist standpoint might be erroneously seen as delusional by the psychopathically deluded, or be seen as a threat to the judicial system, the position
 of the Church and parts of the medical profession. Although I might use coercion, and have done in this past including in my position as a doctor, including the area of psychiatry. This is not derived from a psychopathic standpoint, but a scientific/empiricist position, what is basically a 'best guess of probability based on objective reality('reality exists because you can see it, statements are statements, observations are observations, and 'theory of mind') and the use of the 'minimum necessary coercion).It you get it badly wrong, you carry the can and take responsibility. It should be noted, that when I asked the so-called treating psychiatrist, who was a registrar whether me took metered responsibility for his actions regarding my incarceration and enforced drug treatment, he clearly stated 'not yet', to which I answered 'people with personality disorders often can't-the question is, are you psychopathic'. I draw no firm conclusions about this at
 the present time.

 Care of Victims of Torture at http://www.torturecare.org.uk/ (though obviously it's mainly for the UK).
I'm afraid I can't think of anything else at the moment, but I'll ask friends if they have any good ideas.
