[Imc-oxford] Tifane

I wonder if you would like to consider the Haitian female artist Tifane at the 2008 edition of the festival. Tifane's music ranges from Afro-Beat to Folk song. She is an excellent performer with strong credentials, and plays live. His recent performances include: The Serbia Jazz Festival in Nisville, and "Le Chant Des Sirènes" in Martinique. She will be at the Old Town School Of Folk in Chicago at the end of the month.
